The German blog Schimanke.com recently posted screenshots from the beta version of the iPhone 2.2 firmware which show that Apple will be adding delivery options for over-the-air downloads of additional media, including video and audio podcasts. iPhones on a cellular network will be limited to 10MB downloads, but wifi should support unlimited downloads. According to a post on Apple’s website, they have decided to drop the non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for released iPhone software, effective immediately.
